Maki is a sushi roll that includes either fish or vegetables, combined with rice and seaweed. To prepare, mix cooked rice with sushi vinegar and place it on a sheet of seaweed that has been cut in half (as shown in the picture). Add your desired fillings; I recommend using salmon and avocado, along with a secret ingredient to enhance the flavour: Kewpie Mayonnaise.
For a vegan option, cucumber with toasted sesame seeds is a great choice.
